Like everyone else I'm pretty jacked about this season. Only bummer is I will be only able to see 1 game live and it will be a road game against Seattle U b/c thats where I live. Hopefully I will be able to make it down for a home game or 2 this season or next. Go Lopes!

Well, that is awesome, at least you can watch online at the Cox website. Are you a GCU alum?

I don't think you guys are going to beat us, even at the GCU arena. We have 3 all WAC players coming back with WAC player of the year and All-American Daniel Mullings and Nephawe is going to eat up the other WAC bigs this year. I do think your program is fantastic and your home crowd was awesome! I was at the NMSU/GCU game last year and I was surprised that we blasted you guys by 18 there. I do hope you guys can beat UNM. That would be a feather in your cap along with the WAC's!
BTW, nice to see some traffic on a WAC fan message board besides NMSU's!

We will see sooner or later but NMSU bench is talented but very young. I think the Aggies are the most talented team but I think their youth will get them in some trouble. I think the Aggies will drop 2 games at least b/c the WAC is a stronger and Seattle U will be an active player this year as well as GCU. Both schools are deeper and stronger and could potentially derail NMSU regular season championships and WAC tourney. Like I said we will have to wait and see and I'm looking forward to see out the Lopes and the rest of the WAC play before conference play.

BTW, nice to see some traffic on a WAC fan message board besides NMSU's! I did not think we could beat you last season, but this season is going to be different. There will be over 7,000 loud, very loud crazy fans. Our student section will be unbeliavable and it will be a hard place to play. That being said, I think Jerome Garrison is hungry to win big in his Senior season. I also think many are over looking Royce Woolridge. I think his Pac 12 experience where he actually played and contributed is going to be huge. He will run the point and Jerome will be a the 2. I am hearing big things about our JC transfer Tobe Okafor as well. He is a big man that will hopefully be able to complete with NMSU Bigs and he is much more athletic than Killian was. All in all I look forward to a great couple of conference games and a great season for the WAC.
